Avon Cottage is set in the beautiful seaside village of Bantham in Devon's South Hams.
Built in 1930, it retains a wealth of its original features and is full of interesting art and objects.
It has stunning views over the Avon River estuary out to sea and Burgh Island.
Please note: the cottage is a family home and not available for commercial renting or holiday lets.
Bantham is one of the most beautiful villages in Devon with an amazing beach and wonderful surrounding countryside.
The South West Coast Path runs through the village.
Near Salcombe and Kingsbridge, the South Hams is a popular destination for seaside and walking holidays.
